Security
Your API credentials are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We use a zero-knowledge architecture, meaning:
- Your credentials are encrypted before storage
- Only you can access your plain-text credentials
- Even our team cannot view your API keys
General Troubleshooting
Connection Failed
If your connection fails, check:
- API credentials are correct
- Your IP is whitelisted (if required by the registrar)
- API access is enabled on your registrar account
Domains Not Syncing
If domains aren't appearing:
- Wait a few minutes for the initial sync
- Check if the API has rate limits
- Verify your API permissions include domain listing
