How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can connect your registrars and see every domain before you pay.
What counts as an active domain?
Every domain Domain Pilot is monitoring. If you go over your plan’s limit, for example after downgrading, the extra domains are paused until you upgrade or remove some, and we email you when it happens.
How much do I save by paying yearly?
Up to 25%, depending on the plan. Yearly plans are billed once a year, and Pro yearly includes setup by our team.
What’s included in the Pro yearly setup?
Our team connects your registrars, imports and checks every domain, configures uptime checks, alerts and status pages, does a DNS clean-up pass, invites your team and walks you through it on a 30-minute call, within 2 business days. You create the API keys; we never ask for your registrar password.
How does the switching offer work?
If you use Pingdom, UptimeRobot, StatusCake, Better Stack, or any other uptime or domain monitoring tool, email your latest invoice to support@domainpilot.io. Domain Pilot is then free until your current plan renews: at least 1 month, up to 6. You add a card when you start your plan and aren’t charged until the free period ends. Our team sets everything up on any paid plan, recreating your monitors, alert contacts and status pages, and if you choose yearly when the free period ends, your first year is 20% off. One offer per account. You create the API keys; we never ask for your passwords.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Do you offer refunds?
New paid subscriptions can get a full refund within 30 days of the first payment. Email support@domainpilot.io to request one.
What if I have more than 500 domains?
Enterprise covers unlimited domains and AI reports with custom terms. Email support@domainpilot.io and we’ll set it up with you.
