Your domains live in a spreadsheet.
Dozens of names, a few registrars, renewal dates typed in by hand. It works, until it doesn’t.

Then this email arrives.
The spreadsheet said it would renew. It didn’t. If it isn’t renewed in time, anyone can register the name you were holding.
Bring every domain into Domain Pilot.
Connect your registrars once. Renewal dates and auto-renew come straight from them, so the list is always right.

And hear about it long before.
Reminders 90 days out and all the way down to the last day, by email, Slack or your phone. If auto-renew is off, the one a week before says so.
Made for a portfolio, not a website.
Most of your names aren’t running a website. Domain Pilot looks after what matters for them: renewals and ownership.
Every registrar, one list
GoDaddy, Namecheap, Porkbun, Dynadot, NameSilo, Epik and more. Names at other registrars can be added by hand.
Dates you never type
Renewal dates and auto-renew come from your registrars every day, so the list is right without you touching it.
A loud warning when auto-renew is off
A week before a domain expires, if your registrar won’t renew it, you get a separate warning that says so.
Expired? You hear about it daily
If a name does lapse, you’re reminded every day until it’s renewed.
Parked names stay quiet
Domains showing a parking page don’t send you “site down” alerts.
Told if someone tampers with a name
If someone changes where one of your domains points, you’re told within the hour.
Stop unused domains being used for spam.
Scammers can send email pretending to come from a domain you’re not using. One click adds the records that stop it, on up to 200 domains at once.

Questions, answered.
Do I have to move my domains?
No. Your domains stay at the registrars you bought them from. You connect each registrar once and Domain Pilot reads the list from it.
Does Domain Pilot renew my domains?
No. Renewing stays at your registrar. Domain Pilot makes sure you know in time, and tells you plainly when auto-renew is off.
When do the reminders come?
90, 60, 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before each domain expires, by email, Slack or the Domain Pilot phone app, whichever you turn on.
Will parked domains send me alerts?
No. When a domain shows a parking page, Domain Pilot stops checking whether it’s “up” and lets you know.
How many domains can I add?
Up to 100 on Plus, 500 on Pro, and more on Enterprise.
