Every client’s domains, in one place.
Bring each client’s domains in from whichever registrar they used, watch every site from six regions, and roll out DNS changes across clients in one run.

Built for a portfolio that isn’t yours.
Client domains end up at a dozen registrars with nobody watching the renewals. Domain Pilot gives your team one view and one set of alerts for all of them.
Wherever each client registered
Connect GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Porkbun, Route 53 and six more by API, and every client domain lands in one table, synced daily.
The whole team, one account
Invite 3 people on Starter, 10 on Plus or 25 on Pro, and route alerts to the Slack channel your team already watches.
Room for the portfolio
Monitor up to 100 domains on Plus and 500 on Pro, each checked from six regions.
Nothing lapses unnoticed
Every client domain gets seven renewal reminders, and an extra warning when auto-renew is off at the registrar.
Changes you didn’t make
Nameserver, A, AAAA and MX records are checked hourly, so you hear about a change before the client does.
Ask across every client
Connect Claude or ChatGPT and ask which client domains need attention this week, from live data.
One change, every client.
Move every client onto Google Workspace, publish DMARC across the board, or lock down the domains nobody uses. Up to 200 domains a run, each with its own undo.

A status page for each client.
Give every client a public page with 90 days of uptime and every incident, on their own domain and, from Starter, without our branding.
See how it works.
For agencies, answered.
Can I manage domains my clients registered themselves?
Yes, if you can create an API key in their registrar account. Domains stay registered where they are; Domain Pilot reads them through the registrar’s API. Domains you can’t connect can be added by hand with their expiry date.
Can I give clients a status page?
Every domain can have a public status page with 90 days of uptime and its incident history, on the client’s own domain through a CNAME. Removing Domain Pilot branding is available on Starter and up.
How do DNS templates help with onboarding?
Apply Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Vercel, DMARC and 13 more in one click, or save a client’s setup as your own template. One run can cover up to 200 domains, each with its own result and undo.
How many teammates can I add?
3 on Starter, 10 on Plus and 25 on Pro. Teammates receive alerts by email.
