Connect Epik

This guide walks you through connecting your Epik account to Domain Pilot so you can manage all your Epik domains from a single dashboard.

Epik only accepts API requests from approved IP addresses, so you'll whitelist Domain Pilot's IP before copying your API key.

Step 1: Copy Domain Pilot's IP Address

1. Log in to Domain Pilot
2. Click Registrars in the sidebar, then click Add Registrar
3. Select Epik
4. Copy the IP address shown: 3.77.180.226

Keep this window open. You'll come back to it in Step 4.

Step 2: Whitelist the IP in Epik

1. Log in to your Epik account

2. Open the My Account menu and select Manage Profile

   

3. In the left sidebar, select API Settings

4. In the IP section, click Add IP Address

5. Paste 3.77.180.226 and click Save Changes

   

Step 3: Copy Your API Key

As soon as you save the IP address, Epik generates an API key for you on the same page. It appears next to Your Signature under Signature. Copy it.

Note: You can generate a new key from this page, but doing so replaces the current one. Any connection using the old key will stop working until you update it.

Step 4: Connect in Domain Pilot

1. Back in Domain Pilot, click I've Done This to continue
2. Paste your Epik API key into API Signature
3. Click Test Connection

Verifying the Connection

Domain Pilot imports your domains as soon as the connection test succeeds and shows how many it found. Click View My Domains to see them on the Domains page.

Troubleshooting

Connection Failed or Access Denied

• Check that 3.77.180.226 is saved in the IP section of Epik's API Settings
• Make sure you clicked Save Changes after adding it

"Invalid API Key" Error

• Ensure the key was copied correctly without extra spaces
• If you generated a new key in Epik, the old one no longer works. Update it in Domain Pilot
